Your satisfaction is our priority. Every Velorum Watches timepiece is crafted with care and inspected before delivery. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help customers in the United States and Spain.
Returns
Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns or refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Order cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact us immediately to attempt to stop fulfillment.
Item condition: Returned watches must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, protective films, and accessories.
How to request a return:
Email us at sac@velorumwatches.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with authorization and return instructions.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return destination: Returns are processed through our designated logistics centers. The correct return address will be provided after authorization.
Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Returns sent without tracking may not be eligible for processing if lost in transit.
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected. You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for banks or card issuers to post the credit.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. Items returned outside policy guidelines or not in original condition may be refused or partially refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Recheck your bank or card statement.
- Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary.
- Contact your bank — internal posting delays may occur.

Exchanges
Defective or damaged items: If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
If the same model is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a full refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns will be issued as a gift credit equal to the purchase value. A digital gift card will be sent by email once the return is processed.
